This policy describes the information handled through NTRW Gaming's website features. It covers contact enquiries, reading list requests, comments and WordPress account functions. Why the information is used
Enquiries are stored so the editorial desk can consider and respond to them. Reading list requests record interest in publication updates; they do not imply that an email delivery service is already connected. Comment information supports discussion and moderation. Account information supports access and site administration. Information may also be used to investigate abuse, protect the website and comply with applicable obligations.
The form includes consent appropriate to its stated purpose. Submitting a news tip does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages. A future email delivery service should provide its own operational details and a way to withdraw from updates before mailing begins.

The theme does not load third-party analytics, advertising scripts or remote web fonts by default. Editorial image files are served locally. Hosting, plugins or services added by the operator can introduce additional processing, and this policy should be updated when that happens. External hyperlinks remain external destinations even when the article containing them is served locally.

WordPress uses cookies for account sessions and may offer comment-related convenience cookies. The site uses browser functionality required for features such as copying a link, but it does not set an advertising profile through the theme. A submission is not distributed to an email marketing platform by the theme.
Retain information only for a relevant purpose. The operating procedure is to review closed enquiries and inactive reading list requests periodically, deleting them when they are no longer needed. Comment records may remain with the associated discussion unless removal is appropriate. Backups can retain older records for a limited recovery period according to the hosting arrangement.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit optional information, request access to information associated with your enquiry or account, and ask for correction or deletion where applicable. Use the contact form's Privacy request option and describe the relevant submission. Verification may be needed to protect information from disclosure to the wrong person. Some records may need to remain for security, legal or dispute-related reasons.
Children, security and changes
